Returns & Refunds Policy

At Vintage Wholesale Europe, we strive to ensure satisfaction with every bulk order, allowing returns on items that do not meet our quality grading standards within 14 days of delivery. Please note that as a wholesale supplier, we only accept returns on full bundles or significantly misdescribed items.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team via email within 14 days of receiving your shipment to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the items are in their original condition and include the full quantity of the wholesale bundle as originally delivered.

• 3.
  Ship the Bundle

  Securely package the goods and send them back to our European warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the contents against our grading criteria, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 business days.
